Photos, videos and messages that guests share at an event and, with Premium and Unlimited, guestbook entries (name, text, voice message or selfie). We store these in our own secure environment in the European Union. Guests do not need an account for this.
Access to your Google Drive or Dropbox, only when you connect it yourself: to back up your media, or for older Basic events to store media in your own Google Drive. We only get access to the folder Momentshare creates. You can disconnect at any time.
Data automatically collected during your interaction with our website, including log data and device information. We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure how the website is used and how our ads perform.

Use of Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
To process transactions and billing.
To back up your media to your Google Drive or Dropbox and, for older Basic events, to store media in your Google Drive.
To share media content on our platforms, such as event pages, with access limited to individuals with the correct link to the event or media items.
