* Photos and videos are placed on your Google Drive via Momentshare, automatically and on your behalf, in a folder with the name of your event. The contents of this folder are used through our platform to share with others when you turn on the gallery option.

** You can upload unlimited media via our platform. However, your Google Drive has limited storage. This is often more than enough for an event. If you do need more storage, upgrade your Google Drive or use our Premium package. This option is available when creating a new event or via upgrade in the event overview.

** You can upload unlimited media via our platform. However, we have a fair use policy where we prevent abuse of the amount of storage space available. The platform should not be used for personal cloud storage or backup of your photos and videos for long periods of time.

Momentshare simplifies the process of sharing photos between party guests, your family or your friends. Anyone can quickly upload their photos or videos via any device, so no memory goes undocumented. It is the perfect solution for your wedding, corporate party, birthday party or other public or private event.

Getting started is very easy! It starts by creating an account, then you fill in the details of your event and make the payment. After this, you will be taken directly to your account environment where your event will already be ready. Here you can view the QR code, retrieve your unique event link and find the settings. With the Standard package the usage period is 1 month and with Premium this is 6 months. The usage period only starts when you publish the event for the first time. You can do this in the event settings in your account environment. You will also be shown how long you have left and you will receive a reminder e-mail 2 weeks before your event expires. This way, you can set up your event the way you want and download the QR code well in advance. Your event will be published automatically on the set event day.

In your account environment at your event you can quickly copy the link and share it via WhatsApp or email, for example WhatsApp or e-mail. You can also download a QR code and print or share it wherever you want.

With the Standard package, your photos and videos are stored on your own Google Drive. When you log in to your Google Drive https://drive.google.com) you will find a folder with the name of your event. From here you can download all photos and videos in a selection or in 1x. With the Premium package, you can find all photos and videos in your account under ‘Photo management & download’ in your account environment.

After creating an event you have the option to download a QR code. You could choose to print these on cards and hand them out to your guests. You could also hang it in recognisable places. The QR code can be scanned via camera with any modern phone. The phone will indicate that there is a link behind the QR code, which can be opened. This way, your guests get to your event page. Your guests do not have to log in and can upload and view photos and videos directly. There is also a unique link that you can share digitally with your guests. This can also be found in your account environment.

Yes, you can design your event page according to your desired application. You can choose the backgrounds, font and colours yourself, and even select a theme to get started even faster.

Yes there is a slideshow mode. You can, for instance, play these during your party on a large screen or via a beamer. You can set how long you want to show photos or videos, the colour of the background and whether you want to show only photos or only videos.

No, your guests can upload photos and videos as soon as they land on your event page. This can be done via the QR code or unique link.

This can be done in 2 ways. By default, we support a link to your Google Drive. This way, all uploads are stored on your personal Google Drive. Another option is to use our Premium package, for example if you do not want to use Google Drive or need more storage space. In both cases, the photos always remain yours.

Which drive you choose is personal. You may already have a Google Drive, in which case you can easily link it. The difference is mainly in the amount of storage space, speed of uploading and displaying photos and videos. On Premium package is optimised for the platform and gives the best user experience with unlimited storage for your event.

2. Open your event settings and choose a storage connector.
3. A folder has now been created in your Google Drive with the same name as your event.

Our platform can only show photos and videos uploaded via the event page. This restriction is a Google security measure, which means we can only perform limited actions on your Google Drive.

You can upload unlimited media via our platform. However, your own Google Drive has limited storage. This is often more than enough for an event. If you do need more storage, upgrade your Google Drive or use our Premium package. This option is available when creating a new event or later via upgrade in the event overview.

Yes, videos can also be uploaded. Standard maximum of 250MB per video (approximately 1-2 minutes in Full HD). With the Video Plus upgrade option, this is increased to 2.5GB (about 5 minutes 4K and 15 minutes HD, max 2.5GB per video). Note that videos take up more storage and so your Google Drive fills up faster.

When you use Google Drive, delete the photos or videos via your Google Drive. You will find a folder in your Google Drive with the name of the event. Deleting photos or videos with the Premium package can be done via the Photo Management page on our platform. This can be found in your account under Events > Settings and design.

When using our Premium package you have the choice to sort your photos and videos yourself. By default, the most recently uploaded photos and videos are shown at the top of the page. You have the choice to adjust this yourself for a nicer overview of your page. Sorting photos and videos can be done via the Photo Management page on our platform. This can be found in your account under Events > Settings and design. Here, click the ‘Sort media’ button and then drag and drop everything to your liking. Don't forget to save your custom sorting. Any new photos will come at the back of your new sorting.

If your event is set up on Google Drive, all your photos and videos will remain there, we will not delete photos and videos from your Google Drive. With our Premium package, your photos and videos will be removed from our platform. So make sure you download them in advance via Photo Management, this can be done at any time. You will receive a reminder e-mail 2 weeks and 2 days before your event closes.

The Google Drive link is broken. There could be several reasons for this. You can quickly relink your Google Drive by relinking Google Drive in your account environment under Links.
